Bonuit Sleep Aid is a traditional herbal medicinal product used for the temporary relief of sleep disturbances due to symptoms of mild anxiety based on traditional use only. Valerian has been used as a medicinal herb since at least the time of ancient Greece and Rome, and was used as a perfume in the sixteenth century. Valerian is a hardy perennial flowering plant, with heads of sweetly scented pink or white flowers.

Passion Flower has natural calming properties. It is a climbing shrub native to South America, which can grow as high as 9m and is widely cultivated throughout Europe. It produces wonderful showy flowers with white petals surrounded by a crown of pink or violet filaments and large stamens with orange coloured sacs.
