Calcium carbonate, Capsule (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), Iron gluconate, Zinc citrate, DHA powder (oil from the microalgae Schizochytrium sp.;antioxidants: sodium ascorbate, L-ascorbyl palmitate, tocopherol-rich extract), Vitamin D3 oil powder (cholecalciferol from lichen, fractionated coconut oil, antioxidants: alpha tocopherol, sodium L-ascorbate), Vitamin b12 (Methylcobalamin), Potassium iodide.
Take 1 Capsule daily with food or water. Do not exceed stated dose.
