In fact, so popular is the coconut here that Sri Lankaƒ’™s first ever coconut plantation could well have been the world’™s first, dating all the way back to 571to 604 A.D.

Lauric Acid
Capric Acid

Around 62% of the oils in coconut fruit are made up of these three healthy fatty acids, 91% of the fat in these oils is healthy saturated fat.
