Product Usage

Adults – Take 1 softgel 3 times a day before, during or after meal. Children (aged 6-12years)- Take 1 softgel once a day before, during or after meal.

– EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) 180mg
– DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) 120mg
