For a full spa-like pampering session, you really can’t beat using a self-heating mask.  I always reach for these in the colder Winter months but like to use them every now and again as a treat.

This mask has tiny crushed Apricot Seeds and Bamboo Power to gently exfoliate and remove dead skin.  The ‘heating’ feeling lasted for 2 or 3 minutes but that’s generally what I expect and I left the mask on for around 15 minutes overall.

Once I’d rinsed it all off, my skin felt like a baby’s bottom and looked clearer too.
