The Taste… Natural, Pure & Cooling
In North Africa, it’s no secret that green tea and mint taste so delicious together. After all, they’ve been brewing this combination for centuries. We think it’s down to the way the fresh flavour of mint mellows the slight sharpness of the green tea. It’s a beautiful balance – light, smooth and wonderfully easy to drink, especially after a meal.

The Ingredients…
We choose our first and second flush green teas from select tea gardens in the Zhejiang, Jiangxi and Anhui provinces. These are picked in the spring as this is when the best teas are in season. A further little twist is added when we blend these teas with gently steamed peppermint leaves and natural mint flavour, for a truly revitalising taste.

Brew Time… 1-2 mins
We suggest brewing this tea for a maximum of 2 minutes, any longer and you’ll lose the delicate taste. Allow one bag per person and add freshly boiled water.
