1. Preparation: For the most vibrant fantasy blue result, it is highly recommended to bleach or lighten your hair beforehand (ideally up to an 8-degree light blonde shade). Make sure your hair is clean and about 80% dry.
2. Mixing: Thoroughly mix the color cream and the developer in a 1:1 ratio inside a non-metallic container.
3. Application: Use a coloring comb to apply the mixture evenly from roots to tips. Avoid direct contact with the scalp.
