1. Product Inspection During Delivery

Customers are requested to inspect the product carefully at the time of delivery in front of the delivery person.

If you find any issue with the product, including:

  • Damaged product
  • Defective item
  • Wrong product received
  • Missing item

You must immediately return the product to the delivery person on the spot and report the issue at the time of delivery.

Once the delivery is completed and the product is accepted, it will be considered successfully delivered.

 

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted if the product is returned during delivery inspection in front of the delivery person.

No return requests will be accepted after delivery is completed for any issue reported later.

 

3. Refund & Replacement Policy

If your returned product is approved after inspection, you may choose either:

  • Product Replacement, or
  • Refund

Replacement Process

Once we receive the returned product at our facility, we will dispatch the replacement product through the next available delivery schedule.

Refund Process

If you request a refund, the refund will remain on hold until the returned product reaches our shop/facility and is verified by our team.

After successful verification, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or a mutually agreed payment option.

 

4. Processing Time

The complete return, replacement, or refund process may take approximately 10–14 business days, depending on delivery and verification time.

 

5. Important Notes

We reserve the right to reject any claim that does not comply with this policy.

Products must be checked during delivery in front of the delivery person.

No return or refund requests will be accepted after delivery is completed.

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and verified by our team.

Delivery charges may be non-refundable depending on the situation.
