1. Slide the forearm into the brace loop or wrap it around the arm.
2. Position the support band roughly one inch (2–3 cm) directly below the crease of the elbow, resting over the thickest part of the upper forearm muscle.
3. Align the internal compression pressure pad directly over the tender tendon point.
4. Pull and anchor the hook-and-loop strap until it provides firm yet comfortable tension.
