1. Measure: Pull out and cut roughly 45 cm (18 inches) of floss.
2. Secure: Wind the ends around your middle fingers, leaving a tight 2-5 cm section to work with.
3. Glide: Using a gentle, sawing motion, slide the strand between your teeth. Avoid snapping it against the gums to prevent irritation.
