Each serving of Nutravita’s vegan Quercetin supplement contains 500mg of pure and natural Quercetin. Our Quercetin Complex contains 80mg of Vitamin C. Vitamin C contributes to the maintenance of a normal immune system and it contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue as it increases iron absorption to help carry oxygen throughout the body. Take 2 Capsules daily with a full glass of water. Do not exceed stated dose.
